  • Rates

    January - March = £400.00 per week.
    April - June = £450.00 per week.
    July - August = £500.00 per week.
    September - October = £450.00 per week.
    November - December = £400.00 per week.
    EASTER = £500.00 per week.
    CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR = £500.00 per week.



    Florida State Taxes will be added to the above prices. Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights. This does not vary with the amount of people staying in the house (maximum 8).
    A deposit of £100.00 per week is required at the time of booking (non-refundable). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure date. Detailed directions and key collection information will be supplied at this time. The Management Company, on arrival, will require an imprint of a major credit card, this is a security deposit and will not be used providing the home is left in a satisfactory condition.
