Our luxurious air conditioned home is situated overlooking the golf course in the beautiful and peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

Southern Dunes is an award winning PGA Championship Golf Course (rated four star by Golf Digest). In addition to the golfing facilities, Southern Dunes has a superb clubhouse complete with restaurant, bar and exercise room. A large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's play are also within the grounds.

At the rear of the house is a private screened pool with pool furniture, overlooking the 16th Fairway. The fine screen lets in the sun while keeping the bugs out. Here, you can relax with a cool drink and soak up the Florida sunshine. The pool has underwater lighting and optional heating.

Outside the gated entrance, within walking distance, is a 24 hour hypermarket as well as fast food outlets, movie/games rental outlets, banks and hospitals. The nearest shopping mall is just 10 minutes drive away.
